Running iOs 10.7.5.

Would appreciate any help.

Check the UTI. There was a bug report that turned out to be an improper UTI on the user's cue file.

Whats the UTI? I'm having the same problem, and I can't find a solution for this. Do you know how to fix this issue?

UTI stands for Uniform Type Identifier. It is used in 10.4 and later to assign what application can open which file, based on the file extension, old Mac OS "Classic" File Type, or the MIME Type.

However, the technology can sometimes get confused: it may be necessary to rebuild the UTI database.

you got a step by step for rebuilding a UTI? I have no clue. I checked the permissions in get info, and everything there seems good. Oh by the wayside of our original subject, got the .cue for a day, found out that .bin don't work in PCSX-R, but now run iso won't load .cue files, PCSX-r just pops up with could not read cd-rom. I got a new thread on it under "Could not read CD-ROM!"
