I'm planning to make a DirectX 9 and 11 plugins, but I don't know where to start.
I can't understand well the pcsxr code "Too little comments" I need more comments on the code specially for the Variables and headers.
I'm new to C and C++ Language, but I'll try to use my little experience in VB in terms of coding…

I don't know why PCSX-R can't identify my plugin "I created a null plugin"…
What are the important or required variables that makes my plugin a true pcsx-r plugin?
