fps limit

I'm using gsdx d3d plugin for the pcsx2 and it works great with the emulator, but it is extremely fast(over 300 fps).

Is there a way to limit the fps with pcsx-r?

gsdx doesn't implement fps limiter inside the plugin like other plugins such as peops or gpubladesoft, so nope.

using gpubladesoft or pete's opengl2 plugin is recommended for now if your CPU and video card is good.

I found this, not sure if it's useful though (didn't tried myself as there is no such option for my video card):

For synchronizing the framerate of any app in Windows, just Force On Vertical Sync & Triple Buffering in your graphic card control panel driver.
Always set the monitor refresh rate @ any resolution to the maximum hertz for maximum speed.

weiminghi, your idea worked like a charm, but with tripple buffering it was a lot slow, so with it disabled the emulator ran very good.

I found another way to synchronize it, just use spueternal and at audio method set it to SPUasync and at async mode choose wait.

Both these ways the emulator runs very good.

If there is a way to mark this thread as solved, please do.
