weiminghi, your idea worked like a charm, but with tripple buffering it was a lot slow, so with it disabled the emulator ran very good.
I found another way to synchronize it, just use spueternal and at audio method set it to SPUasync and at async mode choose wait.
Both these ways the emulator runs very good.
